This site is dedicated to the memory of Lettie Hart.
Our beautiful Lettie was born on October 07, 1979 and sadly died of a brain tumour aged 31 on the 21st May 2011. She was a beautiful, loving, lively, courageous person who is deeply missed by her family and many friends. Lettie's zest for life was a lesson to us all and the world is a different place without her.

Thoughts
I went back to Dacre as I promised. It was Christmas Day, two years on from the Christmas you and I and your Mum spent there, in the snow. You were happy then, and I took some comfort from that. I was deeply sad but consoled by the eternal,unchangeing beauty of the Lakes,a beauty of which your own is now forever a part. I saw your smile in the fields,the mountains and the Lake.
Thanks for being there. It was good to talk.

Two weeks ago on the weekend of your birthday Ian and I got married! We have you to thank for this, together we survived the devistation of your death and it showed us how much we needed each other. You were sadly missed and a glass or twowas raised in your honour. Thank you for showing us what is important and what is not...love as always Mum and Ian xxx
